What this tool does

Starting definition
- 1 — No rationale: No reason for the requested feature is stated.
- 2 — Preference stated: A preference is given without a task or problem it would address.
- 3 — Task identified: A task or problem the feature would address is stated.
- 4 — Impact explained: The task or problem and its consequence for the user are stated.
- 5 — Example supported: The task, its consequence, and a concrete example of that consequence are stated.
