- 2 — Status stated: A task or deliverable and its current status are stated.
- 3 — Progress stated: The status and concrete work completed since an earlier point are stated.
- 4 — Next step stated: The status, completed work, and a concrete next step are stated.
- 5 — Dependencies addressed: The status, completed work, next step, and explicit blockers or a statement that no blockers remain are stated.
