- 3 — Impact stated: The incident, affected service, and current user or operational impact are stated.
- 4 — Actions stated: The service, current impact, and actions already taken with their outcomes are stated.
- 5 — Next owner stated: The service, impact, actions and outcomes, next action, and responsible person or team are stated.
