Review satisfaction
1 Strongly dissatisfied → 5 Strongly satisfied
What this tool does
Use review satisfaction to organize commerce / retail operations data before returning it to your spreadsheet.
Starting definition
- 1 — Strongly dissatisfied: Lowest level: Strongly dissatisfied. The row gives no meaningful evidence of a higher level.
- 2 — Low: Level 2 of 5: limited evidence between strongly dissatisfied and strongly satisfied.
- 3 — Moderate: Level 3 of 5: clear but moderate evidence between strongly dissatisfied and strongly satisfied.
- 4 — High: Level 4 of 5: strong evidence between strongly dissatisfied and strongly satisfied.
- 5 — Strongly satisfied: Highest level: Strongly satisfied. Explicit, strong evidence meets the upper end of this rubric.
Make it fit your work
