- 2 — Low: Level 2 of 5: limited evidence between minimal and severe.
- 3 — Moderate: Level 3 of 5: clear but moderate evidence between minimal and severe.
- 4 — High: Level 4 of 5: strong evidence between minimal and severe.
- 5 — Severe: Highest level: Severe. Explicit, strong evidence meets the upper end of this rubric.
