- Renewal meeting requested — Does the customer explicitly request a meeting to discuss renewal?
- Usage decline reported — Does the account update explicitly report lower product usage compared with an earlier period?
- Additional seats requested — Does the customer explicitly request more user seats or licenses?
- Onboarding progress — 1 Not started → 5 Onboarding complete
- Success outcome specificity — 1 No outcome → 5 Target defined
