What this tool does
Use onboarding progress to organize customer success data before returning it to your spreadsheet.
Starting definition
- 1 — Not started: Onboarding is explicitly not started, or no completed step is stated.
- 2 — Setup started: At least one account setup step is explicitly completed.
- 3 — Core setup complete: Core setup is explicitly complete, but no successful use of the main workflow is stated.
- 4 — First workflow complete: Core setup and at least one successful use of the main workflow are explicitly complete.
- 5 — Onboarding complete: Setup and the main workflow are complete, and the customer explicitly confirms onboarding completion.
