- Callback requested — Does the customer explicitly ask for a phone callback?
- Issue resolved confirmed — Does the customer explicitly confirm that the reported issue is now resolved?
- Troubleshooting detail — 1 No steps → 5 Repeatable account
- Resolution request specificity — 1 No resolution → 5 Acceptance stated
